Bulk IP WHOIS

Bulk IP geolocation — country, ASN/organisation and hosting provider for up to 100 IPs at once.

What does Bulk IP WHOIS do?

Bulk IP WHOIS looks up many IP addresses at once and returns, for each one, the country, the ASN/organisation and the hosting provider. It's the bulk version of IP WHOIS — ideal for analysing log files, visitor lists or suspicious IPs (up to 100 per batch).

How does it work?

Lookups run locally against the MaxMind GeoLite2 databases (Country/City + ASN) already shipped on the server — no external calls, no rate limits and near-instant even for 100 IPs. None of your IPs are sent to a third-party service.

What is an ASN?

An ASN (Autonomous System Number) identifies the network an IP belongs to — e.g. AS13335 (Cloudflare) or AS15169 (Google). Together with the organisation name it tells you who "owns" the address and which hosting provider sits behind it.

How do I use it?

  1. Paste one IP per line (IPv4 and IPv6 supported, up to 100).
  2. Click "Check IPs".
  3. See country, ASN/organisation, hosting provider and reverse DNS (PTR) for each IP in a table.
  4. Use Copy CSV to export the results to a spreadsheet.

When should I use it?

  • Log analysis: which countries/networks your traffic or attacks come from.
  • Security: batch-check suspicious IPs — which provider hosts them.
  • Email/abuse: identify the networks behind senders or bots.
  • Inventory: quickly map a list of IPs to countries & providers.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many IPs can I check at once?
Up to 100 per batch. Because the lookup is local (MaxMind), even 100 IPs return almost instantly.
Does it support IPv6?
Yes, both IPv4 and IPv6. Invalid entries are ignored automatically, while private/reserved IPs (e.g. 192.168.x.x) are flagged separately.
How accurate is the geolocation?
Country is usually very reliable. Exact city/location is indicative — IP geolocation is never 100% precise, especially for mobile and VPN/proxy addresses.
Do you send my IPs anywhere?
No. All analysis runs locally on our server using the MaxMind databases — no IP is sent to any external service.
